Analyzing Amateur Baseball Talent as it pertains to the MLB Draft

Top 30 2010 RHP Prospects

This is easily the deepest category of any available for this year's draft. We could easily see half of the picks in the first round be right-handed pitchers, with a thin crop of hitters and left-handed pitchers available. There is no once in a lifetime type of arm in Stephen Strasburg, but there is both premier talent and depth at both the college and high school levels, including the two-way stars that could be drafted as hitters.

And as good as this group is, the pitchers available for 2011, particularly from the college ranks, projects to be even better.
