35 free agents were accepted arbitration as of the 11 PM CST deadline on 11/23/10, which represents the maximum number of players that can effect the draft order for the 2011 draft. Three of those players (as listed below) have already signed with new teams.
I'm going to break down the free agents and how they effect the draft order into three categories: The list of free agents and their respective Elias Bureau rankings (which may change over the next week as players have the opportunity to accept or decline arbitration), the list of free agents that have already signed with other teams, and the projected sandwich round order.
